The way we assist you in applying for the R&D Tax Incentive is changing slightly. Rather than submitting a PDF form on your behalf, applications will now be made through the R&D Tax Incentive customer portal.
The portal will provide improved security, the ability for you (and us) to view the status of your application in real time, and indicators of approaching deadlines.
The introduction of the portal will also see the introduction of several new questions to address eligibility criteria for the program, which we will work through with you as usual.
The portal is now available for application drafting, with submission for 2020-21 claims enabled from 5 July 2021.
You will need to authorise our access to your R&DTI customer portal – upon engagement commencement we will provide detailed instructions on how to do this.
